MEET DR. KATIE, YOUR BREATHWORK FACILITATOR

Dr. Katie Raher found breathwork on her journey from burnout and chronic disease back to health and wellness. She's tried every healing modality out there and has found breathwork to be the biggest game changer there is, helping to keep her chronic diseases in remission and her peace, connection, and joy on point as much as possible.

She's a Pause Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, as well as the Founder and CEO of Constant Love and Learning, an award-winning teacher turned School Psychologist,  the lead Mental Health Kimochis Certified Trainer, an advocate for human-centered, strengths-based, equity-focused schools, a mom to 2 highly sensitive kids, wife to a teacher, and an imperfect human.

She helps highly passionate, stressed out educators and caregivers with HEART-centered wellness experiences and trainings so they can feel their best, show up as their best, and make their best possible impact on children.
