That's where the Whole-HeartED Well-being Collective and Constant Love and Learning come in. The program was developed after our founder, Dr. Katie's, own physical and mental health crash and burn and evidence-based and intuitive journey back to well-being. She realized that self-care that nourishes the whole educator – social, emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, and professional – is the foundation of being able to effectively support children’s resilience and learning and thus the most important kind of professional development there is.
Dr. Katie is an award-winning teacher turned School Psychologist and social emotional learning and SELf-care specialist who's helped thousands of educators across the country make transformational shifts within themselves and their systems. She's also a mom to 2 highly sensitive kids, wife to a math teacher, perfectionist in recovery, woman healing from chronic illness, lover of sleep and dance parties, and a well-being warrior!Â
