"Your lessons have been the most loving, refreshing, and liberating. Thank you so much for inviting me to look into myself with love, respect, & grace so that I can really listen to the voice so very often I shut down and neglect. Thank you for helping me to trust in myself, my inner wisdom, and reconnect with the core values that make me who I am. I have learned to understand and accept myself, to speak up for my needs, and love myself unselfishly, as in ways that others can also feel inspired and free to do so."
Meet Your Teacher
Hi! I'm Katie and I created the Whole-HeartED Collective when I saw so many heart-centered, highly driven educators struggling with significant health and mental health challenges, chronic stress, compassion fatigue, burnout, and more. I saw some educators entirely ignoring their own needs and just pushing through, some numbing their struggles with quick fixes that didn’t actually work to bring them more well-being, and some distraught over the decision to stay or leave the profession. I also saw some folks taking active steps to better honor their own needs but still not getting the results they desired. I knew what they really needed was ongoing support to troubleshoot areas that were consistently more challenging and a sacred space and community to help them return to themselves again and again so they didn’t fall back into old, unhelpful patterns and so they could make choices attuned to the wise wisdom within.
Now, I completely get it. I used to put everyone and everything else ahead of myself, numb out with endless scrolling and tubs of Nutella by the spoonful, and think taking time to rest and honor my own needs was selfish. After years and years of self-neglect, martyrdom, and chronic stress and compassion fatigue, my health and mental health crashed so badly that I couldn’t ignore myself any longer. Even when I started taking active steps to prioritize myself, I still tried to manage everything myself, thinking I wasn’t worth the investment in support. Once I accepted my need for support, and continued to surround myself with a community who would hold space for me and all of my feelings and root for my best life with me (yes, even to this day!), everything changed. Now, even though old patterns can try to sneak back in, I have such a deep sense of self-awareness and self-love and a deep toolbox of truly nourishing practices that help me with sustainable well-being and in times of severe stress, and I feel more of the calm, connection, confidence, and contentment I want on a regular basis!
You Can Have the Same!
The Whole-HeartED Collective is an educator well-being program to support the WHOLE you and get you more self-awareness, alignment to your values, connection to yourself and a soul-led educator community, and the inner peace, presence and joy you want.
Let's ditch the martyrdom, people pleasing, and perfectionism and reclaim the mental, physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and professional well-being you deserve!

"It’s been such a blessing to hear Katie’s story, to see how she’s applied the knowledge in a gentle way to help guide others along the same path, and to have her share her light with us at the time when we identified a need for some specific plans/ideas. She’s helped me take control back and set boundaries in ways I wasn't aware of before. Thank you, Katie, for getting me to this space."
Cindy - Teacher
"The pandemic really brought out the stresses we already deal with as teachers. In the fall, I was trying to figure out ways to deal with stress other than what we already hear at trainings like eating well and sleeping. I really wanted to go beyond that, because those things were not adequate for what we're dealing with. I happened to come across [Katie's] program and it's been life changing for me. Every time I watch again, I learn more things. Plus you have access to Katie. She's an amazing support. She shares from her own experience. She's very authentic and honest and she's sharing everything she's learned with us. I highly recommend it."

"I am so enjoying your program and it feels like it’s exactly what I needed to work with my life right now. In my head I was caught up with how mindfulness was supposed to look like. I was ignoring how much joy I was getting from little things. You gave us permission to honor however it looks like for us. I'm happy there are many of us here to soak up these little gems into our lifestyles. I know you're in the trenches with us and I really honor you shining the light on the path to our highest good. Thank you for being such a lovely human."

"This came at exactly the right time in my career. Instead of feeling like switching careers and getting out of school psychology or education entirely, I learned a wealth of skills and information around self-care, I went from overwhelmed and frazzled in my daily life to calm and able to handle stressful situations with more ease. I now feel that I have the tools to manage difficult times and it is within my power to maintain balance and calm."
